Pursuant to LA RS 12:231(3), the Dogwood Park Homeowers Association has called for a second meeting of the members on May 7, 2024 at 6:00 PM located at the Dogwood Clubhouse. The address is 7816 Dogwood Trail Haughton, LA 71037. Any members present at such meeting shall be deemed a quorum for the purposes of electing members to the Board of Directors and other business items. the agenda for the meeting will be as follows:
1. Election of members to the Board of Directors for a term of 3 years.
2. Motion, Second, Discussion and possible vote for an increase of annual dues for the Association.
3. Possible presentation and Q&A from the Bossier Parish Sheriff’s Office.
4. Q&A between members and the Board of Directors.
Candidates for election are:

4. Donald Kinison
Two candidates will be elected.
